Get your team registered with Cooperstown All Star Village by completing the registration form located on our website. Send that into us via USPS to our PO Box 670 Cooperstown, NY 13326 address along with your teams’ initial deposit.
After your team receives an email confirmation from our staff, coaches should share that date with their parents so they can start booking accommodations and flights. Cooperstown All Star Village is unique where we can provide onsite accommodations for families in our 39 onsite hotel rooms. Our onsite accommodations can be found via our website.
Your team has a second payment due on or before November 1st. If you team does not make that payment then you would run the risk of losing your teams spot for our tournament.
Pin Trading is a big part of the Cooperstown tradition. After you make your teams second deposit teams should start working on ordering pins for their Cooperstown trip. We suggest that teams order anywhere from 75-80 pins per player.

Teams should start looking to get paper work done for the March 1st deadline starting in January. The paperwork that is due March 1st is the following:
Coaches resumes for all the coaches that are going to be in the dugout, field and bunkhouse.
Copy of each player’s birth certificate
All of these forms can be found on our website under the Registration tab. All players MUST have an up to date physical in order to participate in their tournament date.
